The Ministry of Defence signed a contract with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) on March 15, 2024 for Mid Life Upgrade (MLU) of 25 Dornier Aircraft along with associated equipment for the Indian Navy at a cost of Rs.2,890 cr.

The Ministry of Defence, on March 13, 2024, signed a contract with Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) for the procurement of 693 Armament Upgrades of Infantry Combat Vehicle BMP2 to BMP2M.

The Airbus C295 medium airlifter has reached 300 orders, taking into account its different transport and mission versions, following the Republic of Kazakhstan’s acquisition of a third aircraft for the Aviation Service of the National Security Committee.
